•• WHAT are BLONDI BEACH Hair Products?
BLONDI BEACH Hair are a range of naturally derived products formulated at Bondi Beach. Our products will help revive hair plus we use safer luxe alternatives to more commonly used ingredients.  Each ingredient has been chosen to transform damaged hair. 

•• IS BLONDI BEACH Hair Rescue Oil ONLY FOR BLONDES?
BLONDI BEACH Hair Rescue Oil is for anyone who loves the beach, which is well … everyone. Friends and strangers who love using our product, are blondes, brunettes, have black hair, red hair, brown/blond (brond), silver, hot pink, lilac, metallic and raspberry strands. Whether your hair is coloured, natural, couture, vibrant or fun, we’ve got you covered.

•• IS IT VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Yes. 100%.

•• BLONDI BEACH:

  1. Uses only naturally derived botanicals.
  2. Not tested on animals.
  3. Cruelty Free
  4. Formulated in Bondi.
  5. Made in Australia.

•• ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?
Yes. 100%. We only use the highest standard plant based ingredients, of which are natural and not synthetically derived.

•• ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FREE OF SULPHATES AND PARABENS?
Yes all BLONDI BEACH Hair products, including Hair Rescue Oil, is free of Parabens and Sulphates.

•• DOES IT WORK FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?
Yes BLONDI BEACH Hair products are safe and work for all hair types, including colour treated hair.

•• I HAVE CHEMICALLY BLEACHED HAIR CAN I STILL USE?
Yes, all BLONDI BEACH hair products are safe for colour treated hair.

•• WHERE SHOULD I STORE HAIR RESCUE OIL?
We recommend storing it away from direct sunlight in a cool, dark place. Side note: hide it from your friends, who’ll no doubt want to ‘borrow’ it from time to time.

•• CAN I USE HAIR RESCUE OIL ON MY SKIN?
Yes, Hair Rescue Oil is a great multitasker and can be used as a natural skin base. Or for a refreshing pick me up, pump desired amount into your palms then inhale. We recommend patch testing first and avoid contact with eyes. 

•• WILL BLONDI BEACH HAIR RESCUE OIL EXPIRE?
The product has a recommended shelf life of 24 months before opening.  


•• HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders in Australia. Express post and international shipping is available and for these services, additional rates apply, which are calculated at check-out.

Shipping is via Australia Post regular postal services. We currently don’t use any courier services however we do plan to in the future. 

For our global customers, International shipping rates and customs duties apply.

Please note that the you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs.  

•• WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Delivery is within 2-10 business days, by Australia Post Regular mail service, depending on your location:  

• Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide allow 2-10 business days

• Regional VIC, NSW, S.A allow 2-10 business days

• Metropolitan Brisbane, Hobart, Perth allow 3-10 business days

• All other regional areas within Australia allow 3-10 business days.

If you live locally (hi, nice to meet you) we will do our best to expedite delivery.

•• HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

To check the status of your order, please reference the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

•• WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
BLONDI BEACH Hair is available for purchase with shipping Australia wide and to all overseas locations.  International shipping rates apply.

•• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to offer a store credit on items that are returned to us unopened and unused, provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt and the item is returned.

If in the rare event an item arrives broken or faulty, take an immediate photo and email us within 14 days of receipt to hello@blondihair.com.  We will then guide you through the returns process.

•• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

Other credit card payments such as AMEX are accepted through the PayPal express checkout gateway. Click the "Checkout with Paypal" button from your shopping cart, and access your preferred card provider via the Paypal gateway.

•• DO YOU STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORE?
Our products are only available online. You can purchase here. 

We currently don’t stock our products in store however if you are a retailer, and interested in stocking our product, please contact us at hello@blondihair.com.

BLONDI BEACH Hair is committed to developing products using only the finest ingredients, many of which are plant based.
