We will process your refund after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Item (s) must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

How to Return Products:

  1. In accordance with our returns policy, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders.
  2. Please email the details of your return order to hello@blondihair.com
  3. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.
  4. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 
  5. Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return.
  6. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
  7. Please return the returned item (s) in its original packaging, if possible.
  8. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.

We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot give any refunds on orders older than 30 days.

What if my product was received damaged or faulty?

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if you receive your product damaged or faulty.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced - you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the good(s) by emailing our Customer Care team at hello@blondihair.com.
