Which is why we offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee if you’re not happy with our products. 

We will process your refund after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Please see the “How to Return Products” section for return instructions. 

You will need to pay the cost of the return, and we encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed. 

How to Return Products:

    1. In accordance with our returns policy, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders.
    2. Please email the details of your return order to hello@blondihair.com
    3. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.
    4. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 
    5. Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
    6. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
    7. Please return the returned item (s) in its original packaging, if possible.
    8. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot give any refunds on orders older than 30 days.

International Returns

Due to different currencies, prices and taxation laws, we are unable to coordinate a refund for an Aesop product that has been purchased in a country other than the country of purchase.

What if my product was received damaged or faulty?

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if you receive your product damaged or faulty.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced - you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the good(s) by emailing our Customer Care team at hello@blondihair.com.
