REFUND POLICY

Happy customers are our type of customers.

In the rare event there is any defect or issue with the product you have received, email hello@blondihair.com with details of the product in question and your order information.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@blondihair.com and send your item to: 6/97 Ramsgate Avenue North Bondi New South Wales AU 2026.

BLONDI BEACH Hair does not accept returns for change of mind.

Shipping for defective or damaged product:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6/97 Ramsgate Avenue North Bondi New South Wales AU 2026

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note BLONDI BEACH cannot accept responsibility for customs duties or for lost or misplaced parcels once the carrier has delivered the parcel (as evidenced by the tracking data).
