WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping anywhere is FREE. Shipping usually takes between 2-5 working days depending on your location. For more precise delivery estimates, just enter our Sydney 2000 postcode and then your postcode if using the Australia Post Delivery Times Calculator by clicking here

Express shipping Australia wide is free for orders $130 AUD + otherwise it is $11 AUD. We ship using Australia Post.  You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.  Signatures are required so please leave a note with your order if you'd like it to be left without a signature.

How much does International shipping cost?

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:

Standard shipping to New Zealand is FREE for all orders over $40 AUD otherwise it is $25 AUD for express shipping. 

Standard Shipping currently takes approximately 10-20 working days.

USA and CANADA CUSTOMERS

Sendle Standard Shipping is FREE for orders AU $70+ and (approx $50 USD) otherwise it is A$25 (approx US$17).

Standard Shipping currently takes approximately 21-28 working days.

Please check with your local customs in regard to any fees or regulations relating to our products which we do not cover.  There are no flammable products in our range.

Signatures are required so please leave a note with your order if you'd like it to be left without a signature.

UK / EUROPE CUSTOMERS

DHL Express Shipping is FREE for orders €99+ and otherwise €19. DHL Express Shipping orders are trackable with DHL from our door to yours, have no involvement of your local postal carrier and typically arrive within 3-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES - updated from January 2021

At BLONDI BEACH, we currently ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). This means that international customers may be inclined to pay inbound duties and taxes to local Customs authorities. Sometimes, the courier may pay these fees in advance, on your behalf, in order to clear customs faster. You may be required to pay these fees prior to being able to receive the delivery. The rate of these fees are applied by your country and we are unable to advise on how much they might be.

FAQ'S

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please note, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays with our International delivery times. 

All Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post or Sendle.  Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Signatures are required on delivery unless you specify otherwise in the notes section or via email: hello@blondihair.com.  Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur, however please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you with any queries.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  All payments are secure.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

Yes. Please email us as soon as your order is placed with any special details and we will assist you.

I live in Bondi. Can you deliver my order asap AND free of charge?

Of course. Please email us with your delivery details via hello@blondihair.com. We would be delighted to assist.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently?  

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times. Email us via hello@blondihair.com. We would do our very best to ensure expedited delivery wherever possible.

What if I would like a refund?

In the rare event there is any defect or issue with the product you have received, email hello@blondihair.com with details of the product in question and your order information.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@blondihair.com and send your item to: 6/97 Ramsgate Avenue North Bondi New South Wales AU 2026.

BLONDI BEACH Hair does not accept returns for change of mind.

Shipping for defective or damaged product:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6/97 Ramsgate Avenue North Bondi New South Wales AU 2026

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note BLONDI BEACH cannot accept responsibility for customs duties or for lost or misplaced parcels once the carrier has delivered the parcel (as evidenced by the tracking data).

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect.
